A Living Legacy:
Jennifer “Moy” Atkinson
Her love for her home country of Jamaica was boundless. From facilitating the shipment of critical medical supplies to hospitals in need to the simple, joyful act of baking her famous Jamaican fruitcake for family and friends, Moy embodied the spirit of service. Today, her passion lives on through her children, Kristina and Colette Atkinson, who continue to serve others just as she did.
The heart of the JD&L Mission began with the hands of Jennifer Atkinson, affectionately known as “Moy.” As a dedicated member of the Arlington Rotary Club, Moy spent her life bridging gaps for those in need, both within her local community and across international borders.
